Example b2129: Small 2d bidomain with extracellular stimulus

This example solves the bidomain equations on a 2d domain. The equations are solved implicitly and the Fitzhugh Nagumo ionic current model is used. Solution is by sparse LU factorisation and there are 9*9 grid points per element. There is no intracellular stimulus. An extracellular current injection is used to start a wave of excitation.
