Example b/b2/b21/b211/parallel-monodomain: Solving Monodomain in Parallel with LibMesh

This example shows how a monodomain problem (or reaction-diffusion) can be solved in parallel us9ing libMesh. The domain is a [0,4]^3 and an initial stimulus has been defined at the (0,0,0) corner. This example also shows how Dirichlet boundary conditions can be handled by setting the Dirichlet rows to identity and fixing the necessary columns. A simple first-order operator splitting strategy is used that is equivalent to the default strategy in CMISS.
