Example 5515: Inflation of an isotropic (Mooney-Rivlin) bilinearCubic prolate spheroid with linear interpolated hydrostatic pressure

A single prolate spheroidal element: lambda - bilinar in Xi1 and Xi2, and cubic in Xi3; mu and theta - trilinear. Hydrostatic pressure is interpolated quadratically in Xi3 (element based). The material is isotropic (Mooney-Rivlin) and incompressible. The prolate is inflated with a pressure of 5kPa on the inside face while the the pressure is held at zero on the outside face.
