Example 537: Pressure inflation and axial extension of an isotropic, homogeneous cylinder (+analytic soln)

A trilinear cylinder (r interpolation) of incompressible Mooney-Rivlin material is inflated to 1.0 kPa and axially stretched by 20%. An online analytic solution is available for the problem. NOTE: default values may need to be changed
