Example 318: Steady State heat distribution on a flat plate with temperature proportional fluxes

This example solves the steady state temperature distribution on a square with a constant inward integrated heat flux at the bottom two nodes. The outward heat flux at the remaining boundary nodes is proportional to the temperature at the nodes. ie dT/dt=const.T.
