Example 134: Generating a spherical BEM mesh

This example uses the 'define mesh' command to create a 3D spherical BEM mesh. The mesh uses Hermite simplex elements at the top and bottom, and standard 2D cubic Hermite elements for the middle zone.

The comfile run by this example is as follows:
